An incomplete Medieval silver short cross cut halfpenny of John (1199-1216), Class 5b2, 1205-1207 (North 1994: 221, ref: 970).

Obverse: hEN[RICVS RE]X; Crowned bust facing with sceptre.

Reverse: RIC[ ]IN; Voided short cross with a quatrefoil in each quadrant.

Length: 16.6mm; width: 10.1mm. Weight: 0.66g. DA=12:1.
