Fragment of a probably flat copper alloy sheet object with one outer, curving edge and the remaining edges broken. From one break a line of four repoussé dots runs parallel to, but set back from, the curving edge. Beyond the fourth dot there is a patch of probable solder on the front face before another break. The diameter of the curve is c.44mm, but only 20% of such a circle is extant (length 28mm). The maximum surviving width is 8.5mm. Possibly medieval.
